QR Ordering Settings in LithosPOS (via QK-Order)

QR Ordering in LithosPOS allows customers to place orders directly from their table using their smartphones, without waiting for a waiter. This is configured through the QK-Order platform, making the ordering process seamless and efficient for both customers and staff.

How It Works

Each table in your restaurant is assigned a unique QR code that links to your store’s online menu via QK-Order. When a customer scans the QR code, they are taken to a digital ordering page where they can browse your menu, place an order, and even pay if online payment is enabled.

Step-by-Step Setup

  • Configure Tables in the Back Office
    • First, complete the floor plan settings
    • Go to Back Office > Settings > Store Settings > Floor Plans
    • Create tables (e.g., Table 1, Table 2, etc.) based on your layout.
    • Tables are numbered from 1 to the total you have, no matter if they’re on different floors or rooms.
  • Generate Your QK-Order URL

    Use the format below to generate the table-specific ordering link:
    https://qkorder.com/YourStoreName/Table/1

    Replace Your Store Name with your actual LithosPOS store name.

    • Table/1 → Directs the order to Table 1
    • Table/25 → Directs the order to Table 25
  • Generate the QR Code
  • Print and Place QR Codes on Tables
    • Print each QR code and place it on the corresponding table.Example: QR code for Table/1 should be placed on Table 1 in your restaurant.
    • Make sure the QR codes are clear and easily scannable.
    • Now your customers can scan the QR codes and open your QK order menu and place the order on their own.
    • Customers can scan the QR code, see your menu, and place the order on their own.
