How to Install KIOSK App
LithosPOS Kiosk App Setup
Device Requirements
Ensure your Android device is running Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or a later version.App Installation
- Open the Google Play Store and search for "LPOS Kiosk / Self-checkout".
- Tap the app and click the "Install" button to download and install it onto your device.
Launch the App
After installation, launch the app by either tapping "Open" in the Play Store or locating its icon on your home screen.Login
Upon opening the app, log in using the credentials provided during your LithosPOS sign-up process.Layout Selection
- After logging in, choose a layout for your store. You can select either Kiosk or Self-Checkout mode.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to customize the layout according to your store’s specific needs.

Self-Checkout Process
- Item Selection: Users can add items to their cart by scanning barcoded products or selecting items from categorized lists.
- Dining Option: Users may choose between takeaway or dine-in via a pop-up window.
- Payment:
- After order selection, users proceed to the payment stage.
- Frequent shoppers can enter their name and phone number to use their customer profile, or choose to continue as a guest.
- A range of payment methods is available; users finalize the transaction by tapping the "Continue" button.
Accessing Admin Settings
- Draw an 'X' on the welcome screen to access the settings page.
- Here, you can add printers, configure general application settings, and manage user accounts, including deactivating currently logged-in terminals.
Back-Office Configuration
- Login to LithosPOS back office and install the Kiosk application by tapping on the icon.
- Navigate to Settings in the side panel and go to Terminal Settings and select "Kiosk" from the dropdown menu for the type.
- Make the desired changes and tap "Submit" to save them.
