Customer Loyalty in LithosPOS
The Loyalty feature in LithosPOS allows you to reward your customers, manage gift cards, and enhance customer satisfaction. By offering loyalty points or a loyalty amount based on customer spending, you can foster repeat purchases and boost customer retention.
Loyalty Points
Loyalty points are rewards customers earn based on their spending. For example, customers might earn 1 point for every dollar spent. You can define how much money equals 1 point and set a minimum threshold for redeeming the points as rewards.
How to Set Up Loyalty Points
Install the Loyalty Feature
- Go to the back office and navigate to the Integration section.
- Click on Loyalty to install the loyalty app.
Configure Loyalty Points
- Go to Settings in the back office and navigate to Loyalty.
- In the Loyalty Type column, select Loyalty Point.
- Enter the bill amount required to earn 1 point.
- In the Point in Amount column, specify how much money equals 1 point.
- Set the Minimum Redemption Level for points to be redeemed as rewards.
- Finally, click Submit.
Loyalty Amount:
The Loyalty Amount feature allows you to reward customers with a percentage of their purchase value. This percentage is added to the customer's loyalty account, which they can use in future purchases. You can also set a minimum redemption level.
How to Set Up Loyalty Amount
Configure Loyalty Amount
- Go to Settings in the back office and navigate to Loyalty.
- In the Loyalty Type column, select Loyalty Amount.
- Enter the loyalty percentage (e.g., 5%) that will be added to the customer’s loyalty account on every purchase.
- Set the Minimum Redemption Level for the loyalty amount to be used.
- Finally, click Submit.
